When we were good on offense and bad on defense. For some reason, you cant have both.

Lets go back to scoring points and just trying to bend and not break on defense.

It was more fun and more sucessful

I hate what we are right now

Starting to understand what Vol fans went through during that long stretch of suck. Hell, they seem to still have their toe in the suck water.

I miss the old days too. Specifically I miss the days of smash mouth football. Technical precision seems to be the focus now. I can appreciate the complexity of offensive and defensive strategy but it seems to have changed the game.

the AU/UGA roster comparison that 247 (?) did was the most depressing thing I've seen in a while.

UGA's got eleven o-linemen that were higher ranked out of high school than our top dude

can't do a whole lot with that

I’m with you friend. I can handle losing games, but this boring ball we’re playing is self torture. I spend 3 hours every Saturday boring myself and ruining my mood. I’d take 9 wins and a top 5 offense over 10 wins and a top 5 defense every year from a fan standpoint

I’m just tired of shitty QB play. Auburn is becoming the place where quarterbacks come to die.

Any QB that has had some success at Au in recent history has been a transfer that got the hell out as soon as they could.

Look at Bo Nix, leaves Au and is on the Heisman watch list.

There isn't a qb in the country who would be highly successful with this supporting cast. Ol has been a problem for years as we all know, but receiver is just as big of an issue now

Give you a hint if Bo is playing out of his mind now should tell you everything you need to know. It ain’t the QB that’s the issue

We had Nix in his first couple years. Oregon has him in his 10th and 11th year. He’s had time to get better.

I like you jviille but I don’t respect anything you say about QB qualifications, ability, or talent. You should set this one out. You’re to biased to want to be correct and not willing to see what’s right in your face

Geez. I knew we were bad off needing Joes, but wow.

No I have not been. I just think he gives us the best chance to win games. I thought he would be better for sure but QB isn’t the issue bro. No matter who they put back there until others start doing their job will be a terrible spot for the QB. You can put Cam, Joe Montana, Elway… whoever and it would look poor whit the components they have to work with. No WRs and no protection. I cheer just as hard for Robby as I do for anyone. Pointed out several good plays he made today in the game thread.
