Had a fine season when he made the Super Bowl
And a GOAT season in 2019 with LSU.
But now he's not really that good. I'm just glad for him he got paid when he did. His agent was a genius to get him that kind of money.

He played half of his first season at LSU with an injured shoulder, and it affected his play significantly. The general public didn't know until after the fact. He couldn't sit out, because the only other scholarship qb on the roster was redshirting.
It wouldn't surprise if something similar is the case currently.

I'd take him over Dak any day. Especially, if he was healthy..He's just hurting right now and didn't have a lot of practice with his team in the offseason. He's getting better every game, IMO. If Tee Higgins hadn't dropped several passes against the RAMs Burrow would have had a really good game.

He’s had phenomenal seasons in the NFL since coming back from his major knee injury. Also, most major QB’s start slow after sitting the entire pre season. He’s done this every year and absolutely lights it up after the first 3-4 weeks. Lastly, he’s playing through a calf injury that set him back in the preseason, which is making it hard for him to step into throws. He’s doing what he can to give his team a chance to win. People are blowing this out of proportion because he got a pay day which are blinding them from the reality of the situation.
