Many of these frustrations sound familiar

I don't want any more texas coaches in this program. Stay out of our state.

That play call on the 2nd INT was dumb, dumb, dumb. 3rd and 1 and I don't think they had stuffed us for no gain all day. Why? Just why? So maddening. I just don't understand what goes through these coach's heads at times.
Was that the one on the 5 or whatever, can’t remember? But that’s been a huge gripe about Briles offense. Once in the red zone, his playcalling goes walkabout.
They already have Briles figured out

Even the defense posts in Briles' favor are nostalgic.

I've seen that movie before.
Between the playing frick-around and pissing away his first two drives with dumb bullshite and woeful red zone play calling, it was vintage Briles.
Epitome of a 20-20 offense.

Briars already in trouble with the fans?
Damn, who would've thunk it.

He's been in trouble there since his hire was announced. He already had no leash. He personally raped those girls as far as the fans there are concerned. It's unreal.
Dude got greedy and made his life a living hell.

Yeah, him taking the TCU job was a weird move.
I know he's a Texas/Big 12 guy at his core, but TCU fans hated him while he was at Baylor, are well aware of his past, and were legit not happy when he was hired.
He traded getting his arse kissed (and consistently defended) by a large portion of our fan base for being questioned at best and hated at worst by TCU's fan base. Add to that the fact that TCU was coming off a National Championship game appearance and replacing a Heisman caliber QB, so there was quite literally nowhere to go but down.
And now his honeymoon — to the extent there even was one given how TCU fans already felt about him — is over after just 1 game.
Just an odd move.

South Carolina fans already wanting Loggains fired.
Good day.
Good day.

You can't put every loss on briles but he doesn't do your defense any favors....
His QB development is the biggest red flag I have. We never developed any kind of KJ backup. Even Kjs development wasnt consistent.
This leads to inconsistencies and makes his play calling worse than he actually is.

I listened to KJ in the post-game press conference and the way he discussed managing the offense and working with Enos on selecting plays to run early in the game and with making adjustments during the game… it was so different from his post-game comments last year.
I just got the impression that Enos has KJ way more involved in running the offense, and not just in an on-the-field way
Wondering if anyone else noticed a difference

Trey Knox was absolutely invisible as well. Both him and Loggains would get an F grade.

2 catches for 14 yards.
We did better than that today with a true freshman (Hasz).

Not a weird move when you spend three years at one place and the last year is a disappointing 7-6.
Coordinators don't last long and they leave for head coaching jobs when they have a few successful seasons.
They will also leave when they have a not so good year to keep themselves employed but still
as a coordinator.
Sam didn't force him out but didn't make the effort to keep him because he wasn't worth the trouble, playing these mind games. Either you go to TCU or stay here, I don't care.
Briles didn't want to wait around and get in the middle of some staff stages because even though he had a good offense, he could still be fired if the head coach believes it wasn't good enough.

I can see why Briles decided to go to TCU. This year's schedule, on paper, looked like a steak and blowjob year for the Horned Frogs. Colorado was supposed to be in contention for the worst team at the FBS level. The Big 12 is toothless. Another CFP spot didn't seem unlikely, even with a team that lost a lot of talent.
Instead he stepped out of the frying pan and into the fire. The grass, my friends, is not always greener somewhere else.

Imagine still defending him, when they experienced exactly what we experienced for the last 3 years. Namely shitting the bed in the red zone.
