This time in Pell City, AL. He threw a headset at his own son and the school's athletic director had to come between the two:

Imagine the stuff that he got away with at Hoover before social media became prevalent. Sheesh

Just realize, if Rush didn’t think with his pecker he would have made it as far as Pruitt.

I can definitely envision him getting slapped with a multi year show cause for violations.

The guy is just screaming for a movie to be made about him.

I went to his football camp when I was in elementary school growing up in Hoover. After a week with Rush, a lot of kids realized they wanted to play baseball instead.

You also have to consider who it is leading the Propst/Pell City outrage circuit right now.
Joe Goodman.
Dude has been showing up all summer since Propst was hired to try to grab something that can generate outrage clicks. He isn't interested in allowing inconvenient things like context and facts get in the way of a good narrative. Never has been (see Brandon Miller).
Pell City - Moody Game (by Goodman)
Pell City v. Oxford 7-on-7 (by Goodman)
This was a total non-issue on Friday night amongst the teams, fans, or coaches on either side. Everyone was much more concerned about, you know, the ACTUAL late hit and ensuing scuffle (bad enough for a Moody player to be ejected).
But leave it to Goodman to clutch pearls over the coaches BREAKING UP A FIGHT.

Most sports writers who are hated still get clicks, but I can't imagine this guy has any avid readers the way he constantly shows his arse.
Has not tweeted about Brandon Miller since the end of their March Madness run. AL.com is a joke.

Joe Goodman is a sleaze ball but it’s still difficult to give a man line Propst the benefit of the doubt given his long and checkered history in high school athletics.

Sure. That's fair. I'm just providing context. As I said, this particular Propst controversy was a non-event live.
I watched the game and have since talked to several people who were there (and even have kids playing for Pell City). A late hit by a Moody player turned into a sideline scuffle on the Pell City sideline. Moody's Blaine Burke (Arkansas State commit) was ejected for throwing a punch, and the coaches were breaking it up.
