OU fans, I'm not sure I understand why you care? He's not openly rooting against you. Your school can stand on its own. Why do you care at all what happens in Austin?

Because we are getting the same treatment. He just never said it publically but it still exists. Both teams will have to overcome refs this year. Its garbage for any commish to do that while teams are still legally in that conf. It goes against all ethics of an office that high up. Not sure why its so difficult to understand.

To throw some facts in:

Last year out of 130 teams playing FBS vs FBS, OU’s opponents ranked 115th in the country for penalties called against them when playing OU at 4.9 per game. For comparison Tenn ranked #1 for oppoment penalties with a whopping 8.8 called per game. So OU opponents called for half as many per game on avg as Tenn. thats a lot more penalties which swing games. OU lost 4 games by 3 points, do the math. 6-7 can be 10-3 in a flash.

My point is the commish is wrong and unethical to announce this publically while in charge of the conf. But its hurting OU as much as Texsa. Refs cost us a conf title game berth 2 years ago vs OK state, this was the first season after announcing move.

Anyways, he should resign since he can’t be impartial.

WTF are you talking about? “He’s human” lol. GTFOH with that crap, he’s the commish of the conference not some random fan.

All I want is fair no matter the teams.

You aren't going to get it. No one likes that you're leaving for greener pastures. Are you that tone-death?

Face it, you pissed a lot of people off leaving. And frankly don't expect SEC teams to be offering housewarming gifts. We don't care much for you either.

I don’t care what fans say, thats life in the fast lane. But someone in that position is different and you can’t seem to get that concept. I would expect that in Chyna or Russia for someone in a position of authority, but not in the US for a commisioner. Its unethical.

What are you not understanding?

Oklahoma seem to have no problems with Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri and Texas A&M getting absolutely screwed by the Big 12 Refs all season long during their final Big 12 season.

Good Luck Sooners! lol

OU doesn't.

You posted aggy should've won the NC several times and something prevented it. Back up your statement with the years and things that prevented it. Or, was that just more of your bullshite statements that aren't based in reality?

Facts about Tennessee don't mean anything to your claims.

UT called for 79 penalties, opponents called for 76.
OU called for 74 penalties, opponents called for 64.

Half of that difference was 11/6 penalty difference against KSU when OU had 6 pre-snap penalties for false start and delay of game.

Bad teams commit penalties, and OU was a bad team. It wasn't some league conspiracy against the biggest money makers leaving the conference.

If you're going to continue to make this ref conspiracy claim, at least breakdown pre-snap and judgment calls and prove that judgment calls went against OU and UT showing a statistical anomaly.

The commissioner shouldn't be openly rooting for one conference team against another. Anyone saying otherwise is ignorant. But, he's not resigning, should not resign over it, and no one is getting sued over it.

It appears in aggy's last season in the Big 12, aggy opponents were called for more penalties than any other team in the Big 12. Another aggy myth.

Ah, Texas. The Snidely Whiplash of College Football.

We all love to hate them, secure in the knowledge that they will be stupidly complicit in their own eventual demise.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah...it's those no calls or those timely calls against a team that the Refs really get ya. But you know that and are about to find out first hand.

You know he likely sent word to refs to be harder on both teams leaving conf. But to openly root for and against existing conf teams playing each other is new territory.

And you think new members get equal and fair treatment in the SEC

I posted one. Break out that kindergarten level education of yours and look at some other threads. And you did nothing to address the fact that your administration is completely dickless.

Cannot wipe their butts without approval from Austin.
