My takeaway was how big of pussies Sumlin and Kingsbury were
Kingsbury literally said as long as you play, do whatever the hell you want. Talk about enabling.
How long until we get an alter named Nate Fitch?

He's the only player where I'd tune into a game I give zero fricks about just to watch him play.

I'll never forget how good that kid was. He might be the best improvisational QB in the history of college football.

He could do everything except roll to his left.
That's all chavis did to shut him down.

Dan Patrick interviewed Joe Thomas who was with the Browns in JM's rookie season. Thomas said that the vets all felt he was too small / short, not big or fast enough & his delivery was too long. Said that on the second day of practice, when all the other rookies were hyped & bouncing around all over the field, JM was a no show. The staff could not find him. Said NFL LB's would have killed him the first time he took off on a scramble. FWIW.

Whoever said Sumlin and staff enabled him is absolutely right.
When the Browns called JFF’s agent and said he doesn’t watch film and the agent fought back thinking it was an overstatement…. The team said he had 0.0 minutes watching film on his iPad.
That is just so so bad. The time to frick around and be an idiot is over and you are at the pinnacle of football, in the NFL. And you are still fricking around being an idiot.
I really don’t know why any Aggie is happy after watching that show. He had the talent, and there was talent surrounding him. What might have been.

I think his skill set was there. He just didn’t care in the nfl. He was legit fast (4.59) and had legit accuracy and arm strength he just didn’t gaf

If you watch the documentary it's really quite sad. Kingsbury flat out admits to letting him run wild. He went out the night before a game and got knee walking drunk and they just threw him back out there the next day. His parents aren't much better. They just let him do whatever he wanted. It was the perfect storm.

I’m watching it right now and his dad just said something along the lines of “when you send your kid off to a coach/program you expect the coach to turn them into a good young man.”
Like, bro, that’s your job lol
