Their soft and Neyland isn't that tough to play at. Maybe they get lucky and keep the loss under double digits... but that's the best case scenario for them.

Until the SEC championship when they have to beat either LSU or Bama.

Probably. Until Florida and Auburn figure out their rebuilds, Georgia just has a relatively weak schedule in terms of their regularly scheduled SEC teams.

Ole Miss is right before it and could be tougher just because of the placement if UT has zero or one loss at that point.

Is it fair to let this guy post while the tournament is going on? I just don't feel like I have a real shot at winning if he is going to continue to post while people can vote.

Is that cumulative for 2021, 2022, and 2023?

Because that is where the Vols are trending.

I can see why Tennessee is projected to be the toughest game on UGA's schedule.

But I doubt it will end up being the most competitive game on UGA's schedule.

Bama fans kind of know about this... but when you have a team that is talented and experienced, most of the time the game that gives you trouble in the regular season isn't the one that's hyped up as a big game. Your team is on point for those games and plays to their ability and often wins those handily.

It's the team on the schedule who's pretty good that your team overlooks that gives you a hard time. Ole Miss when they beat Bama or A&M with Johnny Football weren't their toughest opponent those seasons, but they were a good opponent who Bama players overlooked.

My viewpoint is UT is good enough to beat UGA if UGA doesn't play well, but aren't good enough to beat UGA if UGA plays a good game. Because of that and because they'll be the most hyped game for UGA, I seriously doubt that UGA will lose to them.

But like UGA against Mizzou last year... I can see UGA losing a game where they don't play great. If Auburn ends up being a solid team, that's a good candidate for that kind of slip up game.

I'd guess the toughest game is at Auburn for 2023.

I'm losing more confidence in UGA winning the East each day that passes, even with that baby soft schedule.

IN all honesty SC early and Ole Miss the week before Tennessee is probably the stumbling blocks if there are any. USC doesn't have depth like UGA but playing early in the season kind of mitigates that. Ole Miss could be a trap game before Tennessee especially if Ole Miss has lost a couple of games and UGA takes them for granted. Finally I will only buy that Forida is terrible when they prove to be...it would be about as likely they lose 3 ad win 3...and even Auburn is supposed to have made some moves.

The schedule looks soft in August, it probably won't look soft in December. It is a SEC Schedule after all and most of the conference will probably be bowl eligible
