Is this why Briles left? Rumors out there that he knew of the accusations before bringing Renfro over and that their families are are friends?

All speculation from me, but getting tied to something like this could sink him.

I’m usually pro innocent until proven guity but seems like a trend and there’s a lot of trash in these programs at every university. It’s also why I don’t watch. These are supposed to be the best and living their best lives yet they chose to put themselves in situations like this and piss it away.

It’s getting worse.

If true, the dude needs to be gone yesterday and then let authorities conduct their investigation into this. Disgusting.

Hmmm.. the Instagram account is pretty damning but it does throw out a few wild accusations without much proof.

1. Saying several coaches knew about it and didn’t do anything. That seems like it was just thrown in there after the fact.

2. The pictures of the physical beatings and stuff… I don’t know - they are horrible pictures but do we know if they are even connected?

But the Snapchats he sent where he said things like “i want to rape you while you are unconscious” are beyond egregious. There’s absolutely no place for that and he needs to be gone yesterday.

The University should probably head this off quickly. Feet dragging on this in todays climate causes more headaches.

Have Sam suspend him, tell him if he's got anything to prove this is false to share it, then begin an investigation.

First off: this stuff could be true. He could be a rapist. Some of it might be legit.

However, I’m reading some of these stories and some aren’t adding up for me. There’s one accuser who says she was 16, went to his house in July 2020, she didn’t want to stay the night but had no choice (can’t call someone?), and was sexually abused. Later she ran out of the house and hid in a student parking lot and called her mom (why not call her when you wanted to leave before the abuse began?). Then she reported the abuse to the University of Arkansas. He spent the 2020 season at Ole Miss and didn’t transfer to UA until 2021. Doesn’t add up

I don’t want to call BS on the whole thing because it’s possible that some accusations are true while others are false, but I just wanted to bring attention to this one

Am I missing something with that story that would make it add up?

This part doesn't seem too crazy to me. I could see a situation where she's 16 and doesn't want her mom to know she's at a college dude's house (and possibly drinking). She gets sexually assaulted, no longer cares about the response she'll get from her parents, removes herself from the situation, and calls her mom to come get her.


When it comes to the timelines, however, I got nothing if he indeed wasn't living in Arkansas at that time.
