All of these lists from PFF have got to be trolls. I love Mustard Edwards…but he’s not even the best returning back at UGA…he’s like 3rd best returning on our roster. The rest of the list after Judkins was off-season argument fodder.

If fla can't get a mention at RB with Montrell Johnson and Trevor Ettiene then it's not happening at any position. They both did pretty well last year first year in the sec.

Edwards does what scores well on pff.
He makes his own holes.
He churns his legs and makes his own yards after contact.
I agree that he may be the 3rd best back on the roster. But he has special skills and a pff score would drool over them.
It does go to the shortcomings of the pff system.

I 100% disagree with you. Daijun Edwards is a fricking ball player with a low center of gravity, vision, and speed.
He's my low-key heisman fave. He'll also rape the frick out of you.

I love Edwards for all the same reasons you do. I’m just saying the list is a little bit suspect and using a non-homer example of how it’s flawed.

Sure…I know Edwards most closely fits the hole left by KMac and I love that he always finds a way to get a yard or two extra…I did not mean to sound like I was downing our guy. I just thought it would seem like a more credible critique of the list to use our own player as an example than to bash someone else’s guy.

Hey now he did run for 1200 yards averaging 6.8 a pop at USF last year.

The lists are all based on their grades last year. It’s pretty simple to understand.

That RB from Ole Miss is LEGIT. Don’t know how he got out of the state of Alabama but he was a miss by Alabama and Auburn.

This list looks aight based on film that I’ve seen. But I can’t judge #7 as I haven’t seen him perform. Have any of you guys seen film on Hunter? What are your thoughts?

Over his three year career at USF, Battie rushed for 1842 yards and ten TDs. Battie was also named an 2021 NCAA Consensus All-American at Kick Returner, just the 2nd All-American in USF program history, and followed that with a 2022 season that saw him rack up 1186 yards (at 6.7 yards per carry), eight touchdowns, and be named to Phil Steele's All-American team in an all-purpose role.
Keep laughing Johnny Reb.
