Nothing was stopping A&M or Nebraska from creating their own network. And they voted for unequal revenue as well. Texas wasn't a king in the Big 12, it had just as much voting power as everyone else.

Give me a break! The other teams in the Big 12 were so afraid Texas would bolt to the Pac 12, (which they threatened many times) that they would go along with anything Texas wanted.

What I'm telling you is that shite won't play in the SEC.. We did ya'll a favor, not the other way around. You try to pull that big dick shite in the SEC and it won't work.

At the end of the day, every school in the old SEC has always put the needs of the conference above their individual wants. Thats why Vandy gets an equal cut, thats why Alabama agreed to the Sugar Bowl tie-in in the 1970's.. because it helped the Conference.

Neither team has their guy, the likelihood that either team finds their guy is about equal, but Texas is much freer to jettison their coach to find their guy. So I’m going Texas.

Well we backed into the championship game 3 times, mizou twice and LSU did last year so it’s possible either could make an appearance.

It all adds up to Texas to me.

Aggy will have the weapons but they can never ever finish.

Years they finally beat Bama and have a path they stumble.

3 years from now who will have more talent Texas or Aggy?

I don’t know, Texas A&M has gone completely ALL IN for football but nothing comes to fruition.

Nothing ever happens with them no matter what they are committing to the sport.

A&M will make the championship game first but we won't win it.

At least not in almost to Century

Remember, Aggie had 3 national championships in football before little brother. Horn won their very first one.

Typical whorn response. It’s a Longhorn myth that Nebraska, Arkansas, Missouri, A&M agreed to let Texas dominate the Big 12. Kind of like Poland, France, Belgium, et al, agreeing to become part of Nazi Germany.

The facts are on my side. Those schools voted for unequal revenue sharing if you appear more on national TV and for schools to retain control of their 3rd tier rights. Texas and Texas A&M and Missouri all voted exactly the same on every issue that was ever put before the big twelve member institutions.

That’s not why Arkansas left the SWC.

It's hilarious to see how many teams suck Alabama and Georgia's dick while not actually doing anything themselves. Have a little pride I know you're a Missouri fan but Jesus Christ dude

Never confuse an Aggie with facts it only serves to confuse them more let them continue to believe that fantasy narrative it helps them sleep at night

Sure money was a part of it, leaving for a superior conference was a no brainer. That crap going on down there was destined to fail and this was our best chance to survive at this level. I can’t begin to imagine how bad a situation we would be in now had we not left.

I will say this, they have never been in a conference where they have this many top dogs! They will not get over on the likes of Bama , UF, UGA, UT, Auburn, and LSU. They have never faced these types of obstacles before! It will be interesting to see how they handle it

Texas went to the wrong conference where Arkansas went and got the best conference while Texas struggled in the Big 12 and so did OU. Look what happened last year both OU and Texas failed to make the playoff and didn't even win the conference!
