It's all on video. I'm not sure they need to call him. If all he's going to say is he didn't know what was going to happen and he didn't see anything, then there isn't much he can do to help the case in court.

It is normal for people who commit a crime to witness it though. I guess we'll see if he takes the 5th or not to any questions he is asked on the stand.

The fact that you're indicating that we should wait and and see how this all plays out instead of crucifying someone who hasn't been accused of anything makes you more fair than 99% of the posters here and I thank you for that.

Thank you for understanding that one can be critical without being impatient.
He's keeping his mouth shut, which people will ridicule, but is the smart thing to do.
