A criminal defense attorney professing his client's innocence. Shocking.
Every bit of this is 100% in evidence. Texts, dash cam video, video from buildings, probably audio from the dash cam too.
You act like his lawyer said this while we’re waiting for charges to be pressed.
It’s over. Y’all lose.

It’s the criminal defense attorney’s job. Brandon is innocent until proven guilty.

Why does Brandon Miller need a defense attorney if he hasn't been charged with anything?

Would you not in this exact circumstance?
Probably not. Police said I was just a witness and coach said I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Brandon didn’t even know the gun was in the car and likely didn’t even see the text.
Lying sack of shite. And an EASILY PROVABLE LIE (since we've seen the text).

Because he was involved in events that led to a murder. It would be really dumb not to have legal counsel in his position.
I know. It was a troll to point out how serious of an issue this is.

You'd be an absolute moron not to lawyer up, especially since the media, this board, all want to see him burned at the stake.

If every bit of this is true, which I am not saying it is, then "wrong place wrong time" all of the sudden becomes pretty damn accurate

Sure his lawyer is going to say he did any wrong?

f there was a verifiable way to show he'd not received the text about the gun when he arrived with the gun it would be pretty inexplicable for a crim defense attorney not to say so if he's releasing this timeline.

Eh more like they’ve had a month to make sure he’s innocent. I’m not convinced that he should be prosecuted in this but the information of him having a ride along with a murder weapon has been conveniently withheld for awhile.

Yep. Funny how that works. The internet sucks.
I also place some blame on Miller’s attorney for not getting out in front of this. This release is two days late.

And his lawyer conveniently left out the wording of the text sent from Miles to Miller definitely stating there was some s*** going down and that's why he needed the gun. Miller still made an astoundingly poor decision to deliver that gun after receiving a text like that.

If I even only knew a friend/teammate had murdered someone, I'd probably talk to a lawyer. I still don't think Miller would be convicted in criminal court, but that doesn't mean he didn't earn some type of suspension.

Some posters here are visibly upset Miller didn’t pull a trigger. They would’ve loved nothing more
