Lost a starting linebacker with a broken hand and starting receiver with a broken nose today.

Seems like we can't catch a break this year. We have had 16 players miss a total of 57 games from injury this year. Got to be some sort of record.

Kinda like losing Dorsey for all those games last year. I seem to have to forgotten how he got injured in the first place. Maybe one of you Auburn fans can remind me.

How do you say "chop block" in spanish? What about "bowl eligibility"?

Dorsey (being the clumsy lineman he is) banged his knee when he fell on one of our O-linemen. Messed up our guy's back pretty bad. AU is still waiting on Dorsey to appologize.

Wow, someone bringing up the chopblock from last year, how original. Now start talking about the replay official who was actually on Auburn's payroll/a big booster/the illegitimate son of Shug Jordan who cheated y'all out of a win.

haha, they are just bitter now. The refs gave them every chance to beat Bama but they still blew it.

I'll have you know that we wanted to win fairly, so every time a ref gave us a favor, Lee gave it right back!

Ah, I just wanted to get in on the injury conversation man. Bottom line is Auburn isn't 5-5 because of injuries. Auburn is 5-5 because of TT.

You've lost your mind. Our "great" defense isn't great anymore due to some severe injuries on that side of the ball. Combine that with offensive problems we've had all year and I'd say that injuries played a major part into this season's failure along with coaching.

Uhh. Our defense was never "great" and it's not because of injuries.

Our defense was pretty damn solid the first 5 games of the season. We led the nation in 3rd down percentage and had to have been one of the top defenses in the SEC through game 6 - Vanderbilt when we Marks, Coleman, and Powers all got hurt (argueably our 3 best defensive players). Add Blackmon to that who was hurt the week before against UT and we had injuries to our best 4 defensive players. No team can handle that without a SIGNIFICANT dropoff.

LA-Monroe, Southern Miss, Miss State, LSU, UT

I wonder why your defense was "solid"?

Might as well throw in Vandy - 14 points to them before all the injuries. And it is not like we stepped up the competition - Ole Miss, Arky, UT Martin. Competition has not been much tougher and the results have been dramatically different so your comment is pointless.

So, you think injuries have nothing to do with the fact that our defense is playing subpar?

I personally think your team has "given up". That doesn't bode well for Tubs, imo. It's tough to recover (even the next year) when that happens. That said, you'll likely give us an arse whooping of biblical proportions..that's how this rivalry works.

I think injuries have allot to do with it...but I also think the lack of production on the offensive side of the ball has led to fatigue, increased injury, and just an overall demoralization of the defense.

Vandy knocked the shite out of these 3.
