Bama fans are really showing their true character today. Glad the world can see who we have to share a state with.

All Miller did was bring a gun to someone it belonged to. It would be exactly like your uncle asked you to bring him his gun that he left at your house and then he went and murdered someone with it.
All you did was give him his possession back lol

He blocked off the victim's jeep with his car and allowed his teammate and friend to grab the gun out his car and walk up to the jeep and shoot the victim. I rest my case your honor.

2006 Alabama Code - Section 32-8-11 — Aiding, abetting, etc., in violations.
A person who, whether present or absent, aids, abets, induces, procures or causes the commission of an act which if done directly by him, would be a felony or a misdemeanor under a provision of this chapter, is guilty of the same felony or misdemeanor.

Do you think it should be legal to deliver a murder weapon and then block in a car so that said person can be murderered?
Posted on 2/21/23 at 2:21 pm to Flipper94
True, if I drove said gun there and blocked in someone that was murdered with it while I sat there.

If that’s what happened then why wasn’t he charged with anything?

You think AL.com would be breaking this story before he got charged? I guarantee you this is BS

So you agree that if that DID happen, and it was testified under oath that it did, he should be charged?

You are running around defending this without even understanding what is going on. Blind loyalty.

Even if he isn’t charged, he’s still a dumbass and needs to go.
Posted on 2/21/23 at 2:28 pm to Smoke7024
In the article the DA literally says they cannot charge him with anything. Y’all are retarded
