I think the issue is while that was Miller’s car he wasn’t at the scene when it happened correct?

If he was in the car, I’d be asking why TPD didn’t charge him as an accomplice.

According to today's reports, Miller was driving his car and was there when the shooting happened. Miles asked him to bring the gun.

It’s not 100% clear. Sounds like Miller brought the gun to the scene and it was retrieved from his car, then Millers car was, at least at some point prior to the shooting, blocking in the victims car. Miles and his buddy apparently then fled in Miles’s car after his buddy shot into the victim’s jeep.

This is based on little tidbits of info that are getting released, so I would keep an open mind about these allegations as more info is learned.

The cars were gone after the shooting. The Jeep also fled to the front of BDS and found a cop to help with Harris but she was pronounced dead.

After the shooting, Miles called the police and told them that his friend Davis had been shot. He lied to them and told them he didn’t know how or where he was shot. He also lied in later interviews saying he picked Davis up after he was shot.

It wasn’t until police told Miles that they had surveillance video, that he admitted he was there.
