We should go easy on GrandPa Saban. Poor guys best days are behind him. Gonna be 72 this year. He is starting to look like Bobby Bowden and Joe Patrino in their final coaching years. They stayed way too long

You do realize that this habitual quest for everyone's undivided attention on the rant is just another insecurity that comes from poor emotional health?

I have no insecurity problems. Neither does my team or their fans. What’s to be insecure about? Georgia is a back to back NC and favored to do a threepete. Bama on the other hand is feeling the heat. Georgia has been on the brink of surpassing the ebbing Tide since that freak play in the 2019 game and has now done so. Kirby is in his forty’s and old Grandpaw Saban is years past Social Security eligibility. Bama sees that he is slipping and it’s scaring them to death even though they would never admit it. There is a new king of college football and it’s not Alabama.

Nearly everything you said was pure conjecture.
Two years ago his team played for the nat'l championship and last year after bowl season, it was obvious that Alabama should have been in the playoffs to begin with, AND everybody knows that Georgia was scared to death that they would be! Saban had ANOTHER tremendous #1 recruiting season, so the people that count (the recruits!) aren't worried...neither are the fans.

Genetics. Your DNA is giving you away. Insecurities are yours and yours alone to bear. Other people's success has little to no meaning to how you eventually perceive yourself in life's pecking order.

It's really a cry for help.

If you're referring to that little trip your basketball team is making to Tuscaloosa next Saturday, I damn sure don't blame you.

They won’t stand for mediocrity. A failing coach will quit under pressure or be fired. That’s what LSU should do. We hang on too long. 3-5 years is enough.

If this is insecurity then bring it on. We are loving our life as the rulers of college football.
Bama is having a hard time dealing with the new order. The excuse making has been incredible. “We wuz hurt!!”! Yeah we know. Whine all you want. It won’t change a thing Bamas glory days are over. No one is afraid of playing Bama anymore. Especially not Georgia.
When UGA won both of its NCs the Georgia fans didn’t rush the field either time. Know why? It wasn’t that big a deal to beat Bama or TCU. We knew we were the better team and our team proved it. We expected to win.
Fans of Georgias improving basketball team did the same thing Saturday against UK. It just wasn’t that big a deal

I’ll give Bama credit for not rushing the field during their glory days too. Don’t recall them doing that either. When you know you are the best it’s not a surprise when your team proves it

Then why deflect? If you are that secure about your position in life why isn't that enough? Because, emotionally, you're damaged goods. You continue to look at others that you feel are still your superiors, perceived or real, and act out these feelings of inferiority through constant deflections on a public sports forum.

I like to call it the "LeBron James, feet of clay" syndrome.

UGA fabs knw the real reason why UGA won over Alabama in 2021 and were scared to death that Alabama would make the CFP last year. They realize UGA is a fluke. UGA will not feel safe until Coach Saban retires. UGA has beaten Bama once since 2007 and the next time Coach Saban will run up the score.

Congrats UGA on doing something Alabama has done 4 times

This applies to everyone who starts these threads, the fact that they keep saying it is just an indication of them wishing it were true.

Football season...over? Uh, we go from....

The playoffs to...
The National Championship game to...
Recruiting to...
Spring practice to...
Who is bench pressing the team bus? Who is squatting the freakun world? Who is running a 4.3 in the 40 in summer workouts?, to...
Fall practice to...

Football season may be over for your school, but's its NEVER over at the UGA!

There are a lot of short bus riders on this forum. Can we not just make one thread, anchor, and not have multiple everyday?
