On a related note, I wish we could order custom background plates like that.
Alabama consistently has some of the worst looking tags in America.
I'm convinced that they're all designed by some 75-year-old woman who probably has a vast collection of motel art in her sitting room at home.

All I see are the standard white ones in black letters on the road.
They look like temporary plates the driver themselves would make.
By the way, most of those other options suck too.
