nah.

everybody is buying players except for bama. those fine athletes go there just so they can have bama on the front of the jersey. bama doesn't need to buy players in any form or fashion. they never have. why would they need to start now?

Correct. It's totally normal for a school to get an anonymous donation for a new building. It's just coincidence when there's a recruit flip involved.

I'd rather someone do that than hire a hooker for a 16 year old

Yea, cause bammer football is pure as the driven snow.

Just curious though…are you an insufferable douchebag in real life or just on this message board?

Don’t bother responding because the question was rhetorical.

If nothing else it's good that Bama and Auburn fans are fighting again.

No offense, but Auburn was on probation in 1957 when they won their first title for paying players. They were under investigation in 2010 for paying a player when they won their second title. (Yes, I am aware nothing was found...but coincidence?)

They're not one of the most penalized teams in NCAA history for nothing.

I really would be embarrassed if Auburn was ever “staring down the barrel of a gun”.

But you won’t be because you still worship at the altar of your hero Harvey Updyke.

I bet you have an updyke shrine in your living room.

Up and at first thing in the morning till late at night with penis envy for Auburn. You can't deny it now

Holy smokes. Supposed fan of one of the most successful programs, but all you can do is talk Auburn.

Very interesting read related to the Beaube brothers ($500 each) and Don Fuell probations of 1957/1958.

Not sure I'd call it fighting. I think it's dumb to get emotional over this crap..

Bama fans are super emotional. Fun toying with them.
