re: Georgia a 12.5 point favorite over TCU. Doesn’t that seem a little high?

12.5 sounds about right.

yes, tcu had offense (against michigan).

and ugga gave up a ton to ohio.

but when a big12 team runs into the slightest bit of an sec defense,
they just crumble.

Georgia is significantly more talented than both

Kansas State should have beat TacU both times. It wasn’t a fluke they won. Bama did whatever they wanted to Kansas state. Georgia will do the same to TCU.

That's fine. I'm just telling you the talent rankings. USC is much more talented than Tulane, anything can happen. I just don't see Georgia winning by 4+ scores but that's just me.

You can't just use the transitive property when it applies to help your argument. Michigan destroyed Ohio State and TCU just beat them. And Ohio State outplayed Georgia for 95% of that game and "should've" won.

I thought is was very high but learning that TCU's RB is unlikely to play then I think it's closer to what I might expect. I still wouldn't have guessed it to be more than 10. This line is so out seemingly out of whack that it's probably spot on for bookmaking purposes.

What was the total amount of game time that y'all had the lead? Tell me why Kansas State should've beaten TCU the first time they played.

I dont know, but I do know we went on a 17-0 run in the 1st half, and a 18-3 run in the 2nd half.

I suspect TCU will pull an upset.

Ok? Ohio State went on a 14-0 run in the 1st half and a 17-0 run in the 2nd half.

Of course, which looks 50/50, so maybe you are starting to see how your 95% claim was a bit silly.

But Georgia had the lead for less than 1 minute of game time, which of course is not 50/50.

Go read the rest of the thread before you come in a conversation that you don't know what is being talked about.

So this is all about semantics. OSU had the lead longer, but It was a 50/50 type game with both teams asserting themselves at different points. 95%, to me, implies domination by one side.

I think it's high. I would think closer to 6 maybe 7 points.

I don't actually care that much, I was more so just using as a point to the other guy saying that Kansas State "should've" beaten TCU both games.
