Who'd we disrespeck? Seems like we're nice enough to give almost half our opponents a W, and the rest we make look like all-stars, what do they got to be mad about?

This is an excellent post. I am a Pittman fan, but he has had some major screw ups on roster management and in-game management with large leads.
That said, our players clearly play hard for him and didnt fold like a cheap chair when Kansas got back in it. Also, we were massively undermanned and it showed....our lack of depth killed our defense in the second half. Add to that the pathetic officiating and this turned what should have been nothing into something.
I hope Pittman has learned not to take his foot off the GDMF'ing gas.

In my defense, I was pissed as hell after the Liberty game when I wrote that post.
However, I stand by it. I like Pittman and am grateful for what he's done to pull our program out of the shitter, and I'm very cognizant of where we were just 4 years ago. That said, anyone who says they don't have legitimate concerns with our current trajectory is lying to themselves.
Someone on another board put it best -- "There is something missing or wrong that caused us to scratch out a comeback win against Missouri State, lose to A&M and Liberty, and turn a blowout bowl victory into a coin flip win. I’m not bullish on a financially-set-for-life 60 year old finding it or getting it right."

Is this your first time watching football?
At both the pro and college level, most of the time when a team gets a big lead they go more conservative and the other team chips into the lead. And guess what? The team with the lead wins a great majority of the time.
This is an established winning strategy since before you were born.

I don’t give a shite what you think but I know I’m right. I’ve been coaching football for 5 years (at the high school level but still) I’ve already won a state title, been state runner up, state semi finalist and 2 state quarter final runs outside of the state of Arkansas where better talent actually exists. I’ve been to multiple coaching clinics, and I’m telling you from a coaching standpoint sam did things last night that many other coaches would disagree with and frown upon.

Blowing a 14 point lead with 3 minutes when we have the ball on their 30 is what you call "chipping away".
The fact that they had zero timeouts and we had 3 makes it even worse.

Well hell man if you just want to win bowl games we can just underachieve every year we should win 9/10 games and squeak into a bowl with 6 wins. Then we can always play inferior competition hell yeah!!
