So, what if they're both returning? What do you expect next year to look like? Do you lose respect in Saban, if he keeps them both around?

Personally, if both of them asshats return, I'll know Nick needs to retire. No way that either of those toolbags should return.

I won't even entertain the idea that he will keep these mediocre coaches on his staff. He isn't stupid. I expect new blood and an improved football team.

Both of them back plus the experienced lost means that we probably lose 3-4 games. If just Golding comes back, probably still 1-2 losses.

We will end the year in a meaningless bowl game.

If they return then that only means coaching ties matter more than on the field results.

That will signal that Saban is done.

No it won’t, but carry on. Saban’s winning or losing does not entirely rest on one or two coaches.

I'll get super drunk before every game. So drunk I wont be able to tell how badly our players are coached.

Also Milroe at QB will be a disaster with any coordinator.

It will be a nightmare of a season.
Like this year, very undisciplined, penalties galore.
Tennessee receivers downfield, wide open the whole game.
RB's from AU/LSU having their way.
Our offense, 1st & goal from the 1. In the shotgun. Passing all 4 downs.
Other fan bases storming the field, tearing goal post down.
ESPN top story. Even as the losses pile up.

If pete and bob are still coaching next year then it's time for Saban to retire, pretty simple. It's not possible to argue that the team is well coached. Well coached teams don't commit 100 yards in penalties a every game and fail to get plays in during critical situations, etc etc etc. The whole program needs an enema, but at the very least the coordinators need to go. The proper answer to coaching continuity isnt to have coordinators so bad no one else wants them.

Bob isn't coming back. There was no need to start this thread.

BOB isn’t coming back. Doesn’t even necessarily have to be a “firing,” his contact was for two years so it’s up. Saban has always loved Pete so we’ll see on that front.
