If there is anything, my guess it is some kind of AD policy setting guidelines for tweeting or, at most, an agreement outside of the contract that Hugh’s tweets/posts must be vetted before sent.

I think he addressed it in his presser and said that was false. I'm sure there are some easy out clauses that are very clear on what he can and can't do while employed for Auburn.
