Alabama hard to kill

About to be #7 in the CFP poll.
If UCLA forces USC to punt more than once the whole game, Alabama would be up to 6. A TCU loss yesterday also would've been gumptastic.
Bama probably still needs all kinds of shite to happen. Feel free to let me know what I'm missing:
• Oregon beats Southern Cal in the PAC 12 championship game, at which point some people would still be hollering for Oregon over Alabama.
• Georgia beats LSU.
• Either South Carolina beats Clemson next week or North Carolina beats Clemson in two weeks.
• Either Ohio State beats the brake shoes off of Michigan next week or vice versa. One must look pretty puny.

Alabama has no path to the playoff. A 2 loss non conference champion will never make it in a 4 team playoff.

I agree, and many people will try and say there is zero possibility, but they are wrong. Yes Bama needs a lot of help and chaos, but we already had some yesterday, and almost had a lot more.
Tuesday’s rankings will tell a lot. Does Tennessee stay ahead of Bama (I dont think so because it was a bad/big loss)? Does Clemson jump Bama? These will tell where the committee truly stands on Bama. Even if Clemson does jump Bama I think it likely they lose one of their games vs Scar or North Carolina.

As a Bama fan, we need to beat AU and go quietly into the night to fix our issues. We are not worthy of playoffs this year.

Texas or Ole Miss… yeah it’s not great, but Texas could still finish in the top 25.
But Bama’s strength of schedule is still strong. And whether anybody likes it or not (or the committee will admit it) they do value “quality losses” and folks will start realizing Bama had two lass second losses against Top 10 teams on the road.
Long Story short, it’s happening!

You never know… I had no hope of LSU getting to the 2007 BCS title game after we lost in triple OT to Arky. But then we beat Tennessee in the SEC championship and the stars aligned when everybody we needed to lose lost. It was an incredible day and I was absolutely floored.
