This thread seems like an overreaction. Lets see what the man does with Satts contract expiring. With a good OC this team could legit be pretty good.

Dabo was on the chopping block as a first time HC until he cleaned house and got some new assistants.

Agree.

I was just saying beamer gets two more years..then they can look elsewhere.

I am hoping he stops throwing jabs at fans and turns it around.

The offense is no better than last year. No improvement yet we had an infusion of supposed talent yet Beamer has done nothing to try and get better results. There is a factual reason for the reactions you are seeing.

Edit I will give Beamer credit for the talent he brought in but it's been wasted talent.

He was supposed to bring good coordinators with him when he was hired. At least that was apparently the selling point of making him our “CEO” HC. Aside from Lembo, he whiffed entirely.

It’s not that he made a few bad decisions with hiring his staff, it’s that he’s been so intensely loyal to them and keeps insisting that we, as fans, are incorrect about the product he’s putting out. It’s a major red flag and doesn’t leave much confidence he’d get it right the second time.

Was Clemson hampered by paying a major buyout to Bowden for several years? I actually can’t remember, but I don’t see how we can attract a respected OC unless we’re offering him at least $1.5 million in 2023.
