Is Tubby gone at end of season?

I found this quote from Chris Low at ESPN concerning Auburn...
"And if they fall below .500, that's an ominous sign for Tuberville. Two of the last three Auburn coaches who finished with a losing record (excluding their debut season) didn't return the following year -- Terry Bowden in 1998 and Doug Barfield in 1980. The third, Pat Dye, lasted just one more season".
Does he get a mulligan?

i would say he earned it, he has the SEC's only undefeated record since 98 to his credit; LSU hasn't had an undefeated since 1958 and Georgia hasn't had one since 82; Florida has never had one

He's beaten Bama 6 in a row. He will get a pass

I would be pretty suprised if he is back for next year.

Tubbs is gone and he has already cut the deal. He settled for 5 Million on the buyout.

Is Auburn prepared to pay big bucks for his replacement?

They are prepared to pay but who the hell would want to come in-state and coach/recruit against Saban?
this will set Au back at least 3 years

Bama fans are praying that this is true so that they can say, "Saban caused it!!! Wooohoooo!! Saban is the greatest!!!! I want Saban to sleep with my wife!!!!!"

I actually feel bad that Saban is making so many folks unemployeed.
First there was Tommy Bowden.
Phil is just waiting to announce.
Here goes Tubby.
Richt, fortunately rotates off the schedule, or he'd be gone. Instead, it'll prolly be the Ole Ball coach next season.
And well.. as much as I like him, he's already got Les making some strangggge decisions.. I'll give him about 2 years.

For Auburn's sake lets hope so.

He deserves a mulligan. Whether he gets one or wants one remains to be seen.

lackluster recruiting has led to this. We do not have a recruiting class coming in that would help us out. We need to make a change now or else we are just delaying the inevitable. Kinda like the recession we are in. Why do the bailouts cause all it is doing is delaying the depression.

Who would you like Auburn to get CPA?
