Dude, every player on the field is taller than Bennett. He's used to it.

LSU's defense was able to continuously disrupt much of Alabama's Heisman QB's vision on passes because of his lack of height compared to most other great QBs who are 6'4" or more. Ga's Stetson Bennett is playing lights out, but there appears no reason why LSU's same defensive strategy that worked so well on Bama's decorated Heisman QB won't work on Ga's. Logic tells you it will be a more competitive game than most Ga fans realize.
Compare how many deep balls Alabama threw against LSU, and/or the entire year.
Now look at how many Georgia has thrown.
You won't be given the same easy game plan defensively against Georgia, you'll have to actually defend the entire field.

Ga is a great team, but LSU has the last great tactician head coach in college football according to Saban, coaching a red hot team!

UGA wasn't scared in '18 and '19, either.
1) Jake Fromm vs Joe Burrow
2) Georgia is in another galaxy in terms of team talent and depth than either of those teams.
3) LSU has made a great turnaround but you aren’t 2019 LSU.
In no world was UGA beating the 19 Tigers. They had an anemic offense. And UGA has an OC who can walk and chew gum now.

It would be a three way tie then. How would that be worked out.
We own the head to head over both of them. We still win the west

Man, just seems to me that UGA fan wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss anyone & especially a program that has had so much success against them in recent history. Ga is really good. We’d have to play really well to beat them. Kirby has good things going. But if I were Ga fan, I’d have a problem running my mouth about a program that’s run laps around them in the last 30 years and absolutely owns them in ATL. Didn’t see that 1 Nat’l Champ. completely ridding Ga fan of any humility. Hope we get to see if poor ol’ LSU can hang with them!

I want to believe LSU could beat UGA. Is it probable? Not really. But we can believe lol
Anything can happen. UGA will likely come in undefeated and too laxed coming into the game.
LSU will come in scrappy and wanting it more. I mean it could come down to a last possession.

?? Congrats on the PHYSICAL football. Welcome to the SEC West. We do this every year.

You guys are all right….there’s no way that LSU should be on the same field with Georgia….LSU can’t win UGA walks away with the SEC title easy….yep y’all are right. I guess LSU has nothing to lose and I assume since y’all are so good and can’t lose you don’t mind going ahead and just playing that little cupcake of a football game right?
Man I hope the national media latches onto this narrative more and more with each win LSU gets the rest of the way.

I mean that was on 51 attempts and only 25 completions though. He was contained.

Downvote but he makes a point in terms of struggling with Mizzou. Georgia is a great team but this isn’t 95 Nebraska, 2001 Miami, or 2019 LSU, Georgia wins in a tight and lower scoring affair. I don’t think it’s impossible to have a competitive game…Dawgs are definitely physical and skilled though.

I'll be honest with this, coming from the perspective of an LSU fan that enjoyed the past two decades:
If I were a Georgia fan, I'd be nervous facing this LSU squad (if things play out to it being 12-0 UGA vs 10-2 LSU).
UGA coming off a natty, and rolling this year, kinda feeling like they've been anointed. Lots of UGA fans keep bringing up the big loss to Tenn, but that's dangerous talk. That's the type of shite known as rat poison, it can get into players' heads that it will be a cakewalk.
This LSU team has a bit of 2018 feel to it; that year we had two mirror-image elite teams to face. Bama came in and smoked LSU, but it didn't mean we couldn't compete, it meant we weren't prepared to compete. LSU learned in that game what it would take... a couple weeks later came and played to that level, and whipped UGA.
I'd say the Tennessee game was a similar test that we failed, and LSU didn't pout, they raised their game and dropped the hammer on Fla and Ole Miss, then came out and swung toe-to-toe with Bama and won. IF LSU can finish out the season with wins, they will be damn dangerous and confident, and also pretty loose and relaxed. Just getting to Atlanta means the season was a W, the game will be gravy.
LSU will basically have a mid-major's attitude, but with Top 5 talent.
You don't want to face a team like that. Not saying LSU is a lock to win (UGA should still take it), but that's the type of matchup where LSU has everything to win and nothing to lose. And if it is close late, that's where it gets real dangerous.
And LSU does have talent; you don't want to face Jayden Daniels late when he has a chance to win. He sometimes looks off, and he ain't a prototype NFL QB, but he is basically the perfect college QB- can make the passes, but more importantly, can look like an elite WR in space when he decides to take off. Dude outruns defenders- cornerbacks, even- with angles on him. He's like Alvin Kamara with an arm. You don't prepare for that in practice.

We'd still win by 3 scores. Y'all are bad. Get out of here. One win against a bad Bama team and it goes to your heads.
