Game prep for a DC against O’Brien is already an easy task, but game prep against an O’Brien-Milroe offense is basically cheating.

I hate to agree with you but he has a lot of work too do in all honesty.
Ty Simpson is the better quarterback but Saban will give MILROE his opportunity.

If you think Ty Simpson is going to be successful trying to read a defense and sort through downfield routes you’re crazy.
Bill thinks he’s running an NFL offense where every guy is super experienced and has done 10,000 hours of film study and can read it out.
I’m not excusing Milroe. He wasn’t good, mainly the fumbles. But O’Brien has no feel for how to adapt a plan.

Mac Jones was legit in 2019. People just chose to focus on the two interceptions in the iron bowl than look at his actual performance. He made great throws that entire year in mop up duty.

Considering we were forced to play him tonight, I don’t believe we have the luxury of “time”. We just need average from him right now, and we damn sure didn’t get that

not 2019 .. 2018 he had deer in headlight look and was throwing wounded ducks
But off season improvements like that are very rare.

I didn't. It was obvious he would be, at least, pretty good. Jones and Milroe are polar opposites.

We need to be prepping another QB. Milroe isn't the answer for next year. He doesn't have QB'ing skills. BoB needs to go if he think Milroe is 2nd string and has no skills.
