Well I dont see much reason for him to stay in this current situation. Hopefully the new staff will have a place for him on the field.

Can’t blame him. All he does is make plays and great catches, yet they never have him on the field.

Good for him. Smart move for a very talented player. Probably transfers to FL, just a hunch

I remember when we had all of these comments about Gatewood

I like King, btw. Hope he does something awesome at this next stop

Has to be a reason he is not getting PT. I know if my job was at stake I would be playing my best players. That said I wouldn’t be surprised if Hunter starts getting more touches than Tank.

When the product is so bad it’s sometimes hard to believe that the guys on the bench aren’t better. King has had flashes. Who knows, he could end up being one of the few that leave and do better elsewhere. But as you said, probably a reason.

I like King. He's a big bodied WR/TE hybrid that could fit into a Kyle Pitts role. But I don't think our current offense suits his skills unfortunately.

That said, I did get a ESPN notification that said he was redshirting and had no intention of transferring (I think it also included at this time though)

Love Hayden. The 2017 recap episodes are great. But I disagree with this one. We’re past the point where a coach can blame the previous staff’s roster now that we’re in the transfer portal world. Plenty of other first/second year guys are filling holes just fine after inheriting trash.

I was being completely serious. If someone put all of his career catches on YouTube, you’d think it was a career highlight film. Dude makes acrobatic catches almost all of the time.

Hoke spoke to him and he plans to stay at Auburn. Seems he is a little unhealthy right now ad well

Not disagreeing but playing devil's advocate here some. Ever think he makes those type catches all the time because he can't get open.

I don’t disagree, but I also don’t view “separation” as a strength of his as a WR/TE.

He’s not overly fast and route running definitely isn’t a strong area for him, but hands, catch radius and making plays is.

He seems to play best when the bright lights are on.

I think he had trouble losing weight so he was stuck at tweener.
