I think its always at 11, that part of dallas is sketchy as hell, they probably dont want people running around in the dark drunk down there.

It’s been at 2:30 once in the past decade that I can remember. But you are correct that they want the drunk people leaving at 2:30, not arriving. Usually OU is beating the frick out of tu by half time so it clears out around noon.
