I cannot stand watching soccer on T.V., but it is a much different deal in person. Soccer is so fun to watch in person because your fellow fans act like hooligans, and I can get behind that. I would very much enjoy playing a vuvuzela at an Alabama soccer game.

Can Dixieland Delight be modified into a Soccer Hooligan chant?

I’ve been to a handful of matches in both Orlando and Atlanta. Two of the best fanbases in the MLS. Absolute blast each and every time

I thought Hart was hired before Byrne came on board? I should know this since I met Hart right after he was hired, incredibly nice guy. Very happy to see the program headed in this direction.

Hart was indeed a Bill Battle signing.
Watched the team on TV today vs Tennessee. Honestly, reminded me of being a Bama fan back in the mid-00s. Wondering and wondering if maybe THIS was the year something would click and we'd be relevant. Whether this year is Bama Soccer's "2005" or "2008" remains to be seen, but anyone whose been following this program for a while is sure feeling like their ship has finally come in.
Myself, my long haul is for our Women's Basketball team. Every year I wait and see if Curry's gonna break through. At least there's some precedence for an elite program, they play under a Final Four banner every home game.
