Week 2-SEC ATS Pick'Em (Cutoff: Saturday, Sept. 10 @ 11:00am CST) SECATSWEEK2

NOTE: This is SWEAT EQUITY's idea and thread. I havent seen him post week 2 yet so I am trying to help him out by at least getting the lines posted so people can begin selecting. He is still keeping up with the leaderboard and the specifics. I just wanted to get the lines posted. He will resume his duties when/if he returns.

This will be a pick’em against the spread for all SEC games during the season. I will strive to post the games and lines on Sunday, along with the results of the previous week.

You can pick as many or as few games as you want but you must pick at least 40 throughout the season to win. Why 40? Because that's what we did last year. The teams in all caps are the home teams. The team listed first is the favorite. Just copy each line you want and BOLD the team that you think will win against the spread. Here is an example:

ALABAMA -2 Clemson

This means that Alabama is the home team and is favored by 2. You are picking Clemson to cover the 2 points.

You can’t submit or edit picks after the cutoff.

The lines come from the consensus listed on VegasInsider.com. Games with no line are not listed. Thursday games aren't listed this week.

I will have a term in the topic each week that will, hopefully make it easier to search. E.g. SECATSWEEK1. I’ll just change the week number in that term every week.

Winner will be the one with the best winning percentage (with a 40 game minimum). Pushes are ignored.

Last year, when all picks were considered, there was an almost exact 50/50 split between correct and incorrect picks. Also, in games where 80% or more went with one side, the 'herd' picked it wrong more often than not.
