I love his story. Georgia boy, played QB at Furman in Carolina, ends up HC at Florida. You know Muschamp (Georgia boy) is envious as hell.

Love especially the parts about Dabo's punk arse interfering with Billy's calls at Clemson, and then firing him as OC. That's the most Dabo thing ever.

Plus, big underrated thing, his name is "Billy." If you're named Billy or Bobby as a southern college football head coach, that's huge.

He fired him and hired the dude that installed the offense that got them the natty.

He has a pretty mediocre record as OC

Bama basically only has enough staff for each to hold a national championship trophy.

Billy Napier has always thought of himself as the next Saban. This isn't surprising.

Actually, Napier probably thinks he will eclipse Saban.

for a man that is as detailed oriented as Saban - he approved to take the team photo in the section that has two "L's" appearing in it.

foreshadowing for this year's regular season loss total?

was section "C" - for Champions - unavailable?

as for Florida's photo - it looks more like the Pride of the Sunshine band's photo than a football team with that many folk in it.

Georgia Football..Acts like Bama but has a trophy case like South Carolina.

Amazing how self unaware SOME Florida fans are.

Florida Titles-3 (1996,2006.2008)
Georgia titles-3 (1942, 1980, 2021)

Florida Conference Titles-8
Georgia Conference Titles-14

We definitely are not Alabama, but we stack up pretty well against Florida.

Nope. We are. NCAA says so on their official site. They recognize it, we claim it. Florida 3 Georgia 3. And we have more conference titles, own head to head and i could go on.

I've never brought this up before, but when I see Florida fans posting stuff like that....well....

ETA
Winsipedia recognizes it, too
Winsipedia

NCAA.Org

Just because you don't like it, doesn't make it not so.

You're not. I don't care how many "retroactive sources", like Finkelhorse or Dunkelberry or whatever. recognize you as "National Champion", the Associated Press named Ohio State as it's 1942 National Champion. Done.

Not as egregious as Alabama claiming 1941, but still wack nonetheless.

The NCAA is a retroactive source?

We are the consensus choice. You will just have to live with that/

But make no mistake that Florida's trophy case (concerning football) is closer to South Carolina's than Georgia's is, so the Florida poster that likes to use that as his tag line is wrong.

Y'all used to argue that your title was more recent. Now you want to take one away from us?
