We are the consensus National Champions. The NCAA recognizes it. You apparently struggle with reality. I gave you a link to the official NCAA site. Look it up and argue with them.

Congratulations on finding the truncated, Reader's Digest version of the NCAA web site. Now try going to the official site that I gave you a link to and tell me what you find.
Like I said....you do not decide who has a title and does not. The NCAA recognizes it and we are the consensus winner.

Oh. And the site you linked to shows GT as a title winner in 1990 even though they were not the consensus winners, nor the AP winner.

And since the AP did not name anyone until 1936, does that mean there were no titles before 1936?
Face it. NCAA recognizes our title. We were the consensus picks. You can cry about it. You can deny it. But it happened. You apparently want to name a team that played 10 games losing one over a team that played a tougher schedule, beat more ranked teams and played 12 games including a bowl game.
Sorry you can't accept facts, but we have three titles. I can name more sources saying we have three than you can showing we only have two. But hey, I guess Florida fans act like Alabama when having a trophy case closer to South Carolina's.

I mean, Alabama claims 1941 and the NCAA probably "recognizes" that nonsense. (would be able to check myself if you hadn't posted a dead link) I think Tennessee claims some nonsense championships as well, so I guess y'all can just join the party.

I imagine most teams claim disputed titles if we got a magnify glass out, to be honest. Outisde of recent titles most could be challenged. I have to run. I enjoyed sparring with you, though. Have a good afternoon!

It’s Florida. What did you expect? Except for a little run in the 90s and that group of Urban’s criminals in the 2000s Gator football hasn’t done crap. They seem to think they are some type of football royalty when they have only reverted back to what they always have been. Irrelevant
