Is Brian Kelly Shorter than Saban?

I attended the Lombardi Awards in 2012 where BK was with Manti Te'o. I swear he is no taller than me. I am 5'9" at my best neck stretching. I also have met Saban multiple times. We are about the same size. I say it would be a very close call.

From the pictures standing side by side he is 2-3 inches shorter than Saban. He also wears platform shoes. I guess he is insecure about his shortness

I’m 5’7, and Saban and I were about the same height.
I’ve seen some say he’s 5’6.
As much as people would want to make fun of them for it, it’s impressive that dudes under 5’8 can become high achieving football coaches. I can’t imagine how silly it could feel scolding a 6’5 275lb muscle freak when staring up at him.

Looks like Saban has his hair teez'd up an inch or two, otherwise he and Kelly are vertically equal in that pic.

Coach height doesn’t matter until your 5’8” multiple championship winning coach is an inch taller than your biggest rival’s coach.

I think Saban wears elevator heel shoes. It's hard to compare the two unless they stand bare feet.
