Are they winning a game or games this year? … or are they not ready yet? Your coach comes from the Mike Elko caching tree, will Vandy’s defense be dangerous?

Will Seals get out of his sophomore slump? Do you guys have any speed at WR? Which RB could be the next Vaughn (my favorite Vandy player in the last few years)?

When is Vandy upgrading the stadium? Locker rooms? All Facilities? You guys sure have been hoarding football money instead of investing it the last few years, you guys ain’t slick hiding that

Not sure, but I can guarantee they won’t forfeit a game.

Vandy is a much more appropriate rival for Aggy

They are losing to Hawaii in Week 0.

There’s your update.

I can’t argue that, they’ll play 11 girls if needed, I love them but they really are stingy investors, give the kids new things! Win or lose

I don't think we'll win a SEC game. Team should be better, but the talent deficit left by Mason is too big to overcome with just two recruiting classes from the new coach. Our trenches are terrible.

Mike Wright was named starting QB. He played the latter half of last season and is an extremely fast running QB, but his accuracy is lacking. There does some to be some talent at WR. RBs seem serviceable as well.

Defense should be more aligned, but time will tell.

On facilities, Vandy announced $300M towards all facilites last year and is currently still in design/early construction. The north endzone is will be filled in by a practice basketball gym with some premium seating. The South endzone is being torn down and rebuilt with more premium seating. I think the North endzone construction begins next season, and the South the season after that. Some of the suites on the west side of the staidum are being updated now, and I think again with the larger construction project.

I watched a lot of their games I believe Shurmur and Vaughn’s last year, they lost to Baylor in the bowl on a close shoot out

Are they going to close up the stadium? Seating all the way around?

They will exceed more preseason expectations than A&M.

It’s the off-season bro, give Vandy some time and spot light to shine, I’m guilty for watching some of their games during a season

What would give any aggy the gall to disparage any other team since with their monetary and recruiting resources they are mediocre at best?

Makes no sense.

Bc I’m here during baseball season and they were quiet this year bc their team didn’t hit their stride, last year there were more Vandy posters here, and I actually watch them in football, and I believe they didn’t win an SEC game last year, wtf are you talking or mad about?

Unfortunately, it’s hard to find folks to have a decent discussion around here. Blackoutdore gave a good response but don’t expect much more from the folks here.

Honestly when we played them they played better defense than a lot of SEC teams we played, they really just don't have the athletes. I think their coach is alright if he could figure out a way to recruit

Their coach actually did better than Elko did at ND I believe stats wise, so I feel that Vandy’s defense could be good, it’s the offensive side I haven’t kept up with since the Shurmur kid

The guy does well with the chess pieces he has. He just has a bunch of 2-3 star guys and they can't run with the guys they face. They'll ultimately fire him because he can't bring in talent and he'll be a kickass d coordinator somewhere
