he should go back up in the rankings like he was before he was looking kinda fat for a while but it is obviously not much of a problem dude is top 100 I think.

Missouri needs to start pulling a Kentucky and locking down East STL better (similar to how UK recruits Ohio). Lotta talent comes out of that area

You were supposed to get kids higher on your board.

He is high on Bama's board. The next OL is a 3 star, but Alabama considers him the #2 inside OL recruit this year.

OL is kind of like QB, the recruiting rankings don't mean nearly as much because so much is mental and developmental. There are a few guys who are obvious but Alabama has had a number of lower rated OL work out over Saban's tenure.

As always, Saban goes by his own ratings - that's why Bama rarely offers a kid unless they have seen them at their camp. As good as he is at so many things, his ability to evaluate talent is probably his greatest gift.

Great get, stud blocker. I’ll be interested to see if saban can hold on. Miles will have an ear full from his coach and dad about elsewhere until signing day.

We do very well with estl, typically we take their best players. It’s all the other surrounding schools in that area we suck at. Their HC is big on mizzou

I’m pretty sure Saban will hold on when Bama is squarely in NC discussion all season and Mizzou is scrambling for bowl eligibility.

Nice get Bama.

Missouri has not had a first round pick at OL since 1987. I think Alabama’s track record there might just sway him. That and he’s become close to a few of Alabama’s commits and targets through the camp circuit.

Sorry not trying to throw any shade or anything whats so ever towards bama way. All I mean is that his dad is a mizzou alum and fan, his head coach is a mizzou guy, and he has several close friends at mizzou or going to mizzou. One of his closest friends - a 5 star is at mizzou, so the idea of mizzou being too small for a player of his ability obviously won’t be a factor. Our rivals writer also has been saying for over a month now to expect bama(yesterday) but expect mizzou to very much be in it till the end.

Ah another high school coach who thinks he’s important and pushes a kid to a certain school. Scum of the earth. And his father should let him make his own decisions and mistakes.

Well, he has already chosen Alabama. Will Mizzou still have a chance to flip him even though he is committed to Alabama right now?
I do not get it why he committed to Alabama when there are other OLs that are either 5* or 4* waiting for their turn. At Mizzou he will start pretty much right away!

So you are saying he went against their wishes already and his father is now upset with him?

Every writer for a school says something to this extent. He was also prior to the commitment saying he would end up at Mizzou. They have to get clicks.
