Who has the best defensive lines for 2022? Why?
2022 preseason First team all sec:
Jalen Carter - UGA
BJ Ojalari - LSU
Derek Hall - Auburn
Bryan Young - Tenn
2nd team:
Zacch Pikens - So Carolina
DJ Dale - Alabama
Ali Gaye - LSU
Colby Wooden - Auburn
3rd team:
Gerven Dexter - Florida
Masson Smith - LSU
Justin Eboigbe - Alabama
McKinnley Jackson - A&M
Based on this, which is as unbiased and more informed than most sources. I’ll go with
1. LSU
2. Auburn
3. Alabama
4. Georgia

Byron Young is likely Alabama’s best DL for the NFL draft and he didn’t make the preseason SEC teams.

Biased as frick list.
Has Harrison Mevis, a Preseason All American, received Preseason 3rd team all SEC after winning SEC 1st team last year. Basically caters to like 5 teams.

It is biased towards more experienced players and might be less informed than most sources

Problem with that is it doesn’t really evaluate depth which is important part of the question on DL.

There's still some talent left at the DL for Auburn
