The rebels first half of the schedule is way more manageable than the final 6 games.

Start 6-0 but could easily finish with a 8-4 record.

The most lopsided schedule I've ever seen

Tbh I’d rather have it this way
Our team resembles more of an all-star team with a shite ton of talent and limited time for chemistry… I’d rather play the heart of our schedule late to allow for that chemistry to develop
There’s a difference in being talented and being good

Agreed I love this layout for our team specifically. Lot of transfers and this gives time for us to gel before we get to the meat of our schedule.

I think Auburn will be trash. Kentucky will be a tougher match up.

So we get the L then?

We are going to lose to someone we shouldn't in the first six, and beat someone we shouldn't in the last.
I don't know which games those are going to be.
The Rebs have to take advantage of Auburn and LSU being down. If we can win both of those games, we could have another great season (8+ regular season wins).

I swear they should move Auburn and Bama to the East when TX and OU join.

No thanks. I'd rather not play in a division with just three of the original ten conference members. If we wanted that, we should've just joined the SWC, Big Eight, or Big XII back in the day.

But they're no longer doing divisions, pretty much every conference has said they're completely scraping them. We're going to either have 1 or 3 permanent opponents being most likely State if we have 1 or State, LSU, & Vandy if we have 3.

I'm hoping it's the 3 permanent setup. Keep MSU, LSU, and Vandy

I want Arkansas rather than Vandy. Our game with the Pigs is almost always a thriller.

Having State, LSU, & Arky probably makes the most sense for us in terms of rivalries but there's no way we wouldn't get Vandy. Outside of Tennessee we're the only other team that Vandy considers a rivalry game meanwhile Arkansas with the addition of Texas and now has quite a few rivalries other than us.

State and LSU I feel like are given permanent opponents. Vandy makes the most sense for a third but I could see them giving us Alabama due to proximity.
I feel like Arkansas would be matched up with Texas, A&M and Oklahoma.
