I think Arkansas has too many rivalries at this point. The SEC will make them keep Mizzou. They also have history with Texas, A&M, LSU, and Oklahoma could be one off of proximity. Vandy only really has TN as a rival so our pairing makes since

Vandy would have Tennessee, Kentucky and South Carolina/Mizzou I feel like.
