You have to have some decent coaching to go with talent though. Even the great Chad Morris would find a way to lose a lot of games at LSU.

Unfortunately for you, LSU has a higher ranked class than Bama at the moment - while getting grassroots guys does hold weight in a lot of circles, at the end of the day, personalities who will mesh well with a coach coupled with high level talent are what wins championships.
