I have literally been screaming Charles' words out of my mouth for weeks before today. So tell me to frick off if you like, but don't dare tell Charles to frick off concerning anything Auburn. War Damn Pizza Wagon / Bread Truck / Round Mound of Rebound and World Treasure.

LINK

frick every CBH hater on this board at the moment. Let the man DO HIS frickING JOB, AT LEAST, FOR THIS YEAR.

ETA I LITERALLY wrote very recently that some of you haters needed a good slapping upside the head. But don't listen to or believe me. Listen to Charles.

We win 5 games max this year and we start looking for a new coach by December.

Question for Harry and all the other coach lovers. Why do you knight so damn hard for these coaches you don’t even know? Because the are the AU coach so they can do no wrong? I don’t get it. They are hired guns. The players are Auburn men and I see being with them 100%, but the knighting for these bad coaches just puzzles me.

People can scream about what the PTB were trying to do to him, but if you couldn’t see what a wreck this guy is by January, I don’t know what to say.

Trust Charles!
Trust Harry!
Trust Harsin!

Hell yeah, WDE! Here we go Natty incoming.

Calm down bro. Auburn is not about to fire CBH. It's July. Let's just get through the season, however good or bad it may be. I understand that there is a lot of anti-Harsin sentiment here but it truly doesn't matter to him. We are not the ones who sign his paycheck and the folks who do don't care what we think either. Have a cold beer and relax.

College football is going down the shitter for things out of our control. But as it relates to the current circumstances that we CAN control, I think he’s the right guy at this time. We have a lot of pussies in our fan base who never played ball and don’t know what it takes to build a program. They don’t understand that they are contributing to the problem by bitching all the time. They don’t understand that Gus was not a culture guy, he was a system guy that wanted to be everybody’s friend. “Family” my arse. Harsin needs 4 years minimum. I expect us to go 7-5 and that’s an uptick. It’s hard enough for us to compete in an NIL environment and if we fire Harsin regardless of his record this year, then we have ZERO shot at being competitive for a long time. If you can’t tell Harsin is a winner then listen to his podcast. He’s a stud. Over-achiever and a disciplinarian. If you can’t like a guy like that then you don’t understand the Auburn creed and should find another team.

No doubt

Harsin's not the one who'll get a black eye if this season tanks. It'll be all about Auburn and how a head coach was back stabbed.

And he'll likely land on his feet, without going negative, because plenty of others will be taking aim for him. He may not be many a fan's favorite; however he'll become a media darling and definitely called by the next prospect. Then the deep hole we've been hearing out, from the know-it-alls, will truly be of epic proportions. Because he'll just as likely go elsewhere and secede... to all our rivals glee.

Y’all may be right but how many coaching failures at Auburn have gone on to great things at other places?

You can do everything you want at AU. There are like 5 schools that have a better opportunities then what is offered a head coach at AU. If you can’t get it done at the highest level here you can’t get it done.

So yeah he may land on his feet in a year or so at some place like Cal. They don’t give a shite so he will fit right in.

This is pretty weak dude. Gus took us to the pinnacle and to the SEC game twice and he kept his players out of trouble, stop shitting on the so called culture as if he was a Trooper.

Look like two posts up: apparently this is a problem but apparently talking shite about Bo was just peachy- we were just fans amirite. When Gus went 8-4 let me ask were you a bleeding heart about the fans then? Remember you just called 7-5 an “uptick” and quite frankly Harsin hasn’t yet proved he can do the first thing better than Gus. Maybe you’re just taking a long winded approach to figuring maybe we fricked up firing Gus.

He’s a football coach, not Joe Rogan. He needs to prove that he’s a stud on the field

Just a heads up: It requires only delusion to carry Harsin’s jock after what he has done so far. Please tell me what he has done better than Gus? I’ll wait.

Or the time someone said “I’d rather have a losing season with Harsin than 9-4 with Gus as long as Harsin is doing it the right way.”

Y’all have the delusion market cornered.

Which makes sense: see Jiro.

Delusion

It's practically the very definition of wanting more Gus. I appreciate you and Corch keeping things interesting; however sometimes, like Free, it'd help to not just spew nonsense when searching for something to say.

Well then answer the question: in what way is he an upgrade from Gus? I’m not defending Gus, putting on record he appears to be even more mediocre than Gus.

He has not been here long enough to make a comparison to any former coach. He has not helped himself, but it is insane to hire someone from out west and expect them to hit the ground running on recruiting.

The folks that hired him knew he had no connections here. It takes time. He should get at least three years to put the program in a good direction.

Jang? By that logic, at least give CBH HALF the time that Gus had and let's see if he is or isn't up to the task. Is that not fair enough? Serious question.

You and I both know if his work ethic in recruiting was there I’d leave his recruiting alone. You should know that anyway. I’ve said it many times. He can prove me wrong, but I believe that’s what the PTB was concerned about after NSD as well…so I’m not alone there.

With about two weeks left until fall camp we will be able to turn the page and the conversation will be more about what Harsin is doing on the field.

Why wouldn’t Harsin get a black eye? PTB isn’t calling the plays. They didn’t prevent him from recruiting in last year’s cycle. They didn’t run anybody off..

He got “back stabbed”after NSD after showing little interest in helping himself on the field. What happened post NSD in February isn’t going to affect him in September. What happened before NSD, now that will leave a mark.

If you choose to not be part of any solution, you may be part of the problem (and vice-versa). Sorry to be facetious, but do you Twitter, for example? Do you like or retweet certain tweets, such as those from Trovon, CBH, Official AU Football, other coaches, players, staff's tweets? This is mostly a rhetorical question. But, but....so, so. Yes a very large number of AU "fans" are hindering / keeping him from doing his fricking job.
