He can coach the frick out of football. We just need to cheat at the level that Auburn normally does. Not more, not less.
Also Utah is on at 10pm for you coffee drinkers. We run the hell out of the football and play good defense.

What leads you to believe that this? Was it the 6-7 season?
Loss of 5 games in a row? Substandard recruiting? If he can, as you say, coach the frick out of football, then why did the powers that be look so hard for a reason to fire him in February?

Coaching and running a program in the Mountain West Conference is hardly comparable to doing so in the SEC.

Maybe. Maybe not. My last W-2 paycheck was in 2015. I was good at my job. I was in the Mountain West.

We should get behind every new coach Auburn hires...........always. Sadly, we are as bad a fanbase as there is about turning on coaches in a hurry.

It seems that currently, the AU Family is not giving him much help. That's on us. Look at the Jungle. It is not an either you are "for or against" us, it is a symbiotic relationship we we can all feed off of positivity, or negatively. Just look at the rain game vs. Wet Virginia and tell me that our fans and students did not significantly pull out that win. HUGE, at the time. So...stay at home, don't come out and support our team (it's too hot, I hate everyone from Boise, our recruiting sucks, CBH should have been sent packing 100 years ago, etc.) and expect success for AU football and Auburn as a whole. When it comes time to kick off, either be there (no excuse for expensive tix) and cheer on our Auburn Tigers, or not. If you choose not to, then you are a large part of our problem. WDE 'AU Zoology 94. And for all of you AU super fans out there - grow up selling game programs, cokes, etc. just to watch AU football, have your Lion's Club Member father guard the TV Deck in the South Endzone for years, meet up after the game to collect stadium cups, wipe NBA all stars and Olympic gold medalists' sweat off the floor of JBE Coliseum (and collect sweatbands and headbands). For all of you "AU Grads" - great. You lived AU sports for your few years in college and thereafter. For those of us who were born in and grew up in Auburn, well...we probably have different perspectives. Much needed response thread coming. Man up bitches and get behind this team and make a difference. Do your part. Or frick off. Your choice. War Eagle.
