In the games vs Florida I didn't notice him. Did he get murdered by someone?

I think he quit during the Tennessee series, but I’m not sure if he’s started back. My guess is he finally realized he’s hurting recruiting. Who wants to play with that going on all the time. Personally I think he should come up with something more soothing that everyone likes. You know, like the cowbell.

I'm pretty sure I've read on here before that the whistler has basically admitted that he's trying to bait someone into punching him so he can sue.

He is an atty & at least once in the past he was confronted outside a stadium, to some degree or another, and he sued that other party. He has also threatened ESPN / several universities if they tried to have him kicked out of a ball park. There are differing accounts as to whether Vandy fans / administrators like him or not.

Switched over to watch for a few minutes and I heard him. What is amazing is that he does this three-tweet whistle, then some fans clap three times.

He pressed charges against a lady at the SEC Tournament in the past. Police came in, put her in cuffs, and escorted her out. Was told she lightly pushed him on the shoulder. He was about 8-10 rows in front of me and I didn’t notice anything till the police escorted her out. Couldn’t have been much to it.

What asshats like dont realize is that they ruin the game for more people than think. If he does it during a big rally or trying to get one started, thats one thing. But he pulls this shite the majority of the game. He's the main reason i dont watch vandy when they play on TV. I love their brand of baseball, but that crap wears me out.

I think the sound people who produce the broadcast try not to get as close to them as they have in the past. It doesn't seem as loud. But once you notice it, it is all you hear.

Easy solution, by the way: TV people need to tell Vanderbilt that they will not broadcast Vanderbilt baseball games until they do something about that piece of shite. As long as the whistler is there and continues doing that shite, TV networks need to impose a soft ban of sorts.
