We’ve been enjoying our year for a while pahtna, with World Series wins, MLS Cup championships, Hosting annual golf majors, pro tennis tournaments, the olympics, Super Bowls, Final Fours, NBA playoffs, NFL playoffs, coupled with National and International social and economic relevance.

But congrats to Alabamastan, land of Wallace, and your AAA football success.

Oh and didn’t AL lose to UGA in the AAA football championship too?

Maybe. Maybe not. Many of you thought the National Championship game would go similarly to the SECCG.
And we can stand on our own right now. We don't have ti ride anybody's coattails after last season.

Nobody is saying what Alabama has done the past 10-15 years has not been impressive. But we won it last season and that season stands on it's on. Just like LSU's season stood on it's own in 2019. Believe it or not, football is a season to season thing and just because you won one year does not mean you will win the next year.

Georgia is not riding anybody's coattails right now just like Alabama is not riding Georgia's coattails after last season.

What will that make it 4 out of the last 8 years?

So you are counting a championship before the season already starts?

It does not, however when you only have played in 1-2 CFP then unless you lost in the first round your % will be very good. Which would you rather have, a 75% playoff record and one NC, or 3 NC with a 69% playoff record?

I'd rather have three NC and a 100% win percentage. But Alabama has been proven to be "human" again.

Hard for them to count their chickens considering how Alabama S&C has fallen off so hard. Those WRs would have never went down with Ole Scotty Coch at the helm. And he would have made damn sure to not let us own the LOS.

No telling what the Alabama 2 deep will look like by the time we get to December based on their soft tissue issues.

No reason to leave out the first 2 years of the BCS, and include the rest - Except to cut out the Vols in '98. Excellent shitty use of selective statistics!

Tennessee but they’re more like the weird uncle that only comes around during thanksgiving and argues politics with everyone and then pass out on the kitchen floor

Sad to see the insecurity of UAT fans who cannot recognize a very clever troll of UTK.

Since 2000 is a very reasonable cut off point. It’s a clear cut off point from one century to another.

2000 isn't in the 21st century. The 21st century started January 1, 2001. See - arbitrary!
