Fell out of the rankings 1 week shy of the consecutive weeks school record. Time to start a new streak.

Still number 30 in the net rankings. Unchanged. Which most of the net rankings are basically the same very little movement for all teams

Honestly surprised we didn't jump after a close road loss to a top 3 NET team. I guess the efficiency in the game didn't help.

Same but plenty of chances going forward.

Exactly. I think if we sweep this week (longshot I know) we would be 15-17 range in NET just like that

I certainly wasn't surprised by a loss on Saturday but didn't think it would happen the way it did. I would have preferred to see a 72-65 type loss and move on. I know the defensive performance was a positive but the offense was so bad, it worries me a little going forward but I really thought most of the looks they got were solid, they just wouldn't fall. I just don't want them to lose their confidence. This is when having a good coach has to show up. The response on the court tomorrow will tell me a lot on what to expect for the rest of the season. They are still a March team but they can't dwell on Saturday.

And the latest from Bruce is he's not sure Cardwell will be ready for tomorrow's game. Really think he could have helped Saturday, Broome needed a break. That game was pretty physical in the paint and it would have been nice to get him some rest down the stretch for a fresher Broome in the last 4 min.

We are a bad offense that played against a historically good defense. They made us look a little worse than they've made everyone else look, and part of that is our own fault

Honestly seemed to be in our heads that they were such a good defense because I didn’t think our shot selection was awful. Took too many threes but at least most of them were open. I’d be fine if KD never took another three though

I’m gonna say it. I think we win tonight “if” we play defense without fouling. That’s coach Sonny Smith’s favorite line but true for tonight’s game. Keep them off the FT line less than 15 FT attempts and we win. More than 20 FT attempts and it’ll be tough.

Just something to watch for in the game

Long way to go but both Jerry Palm and Lunardi's most recent brackets have Auburn in the 8-9 range in Birmingham. No way they would do that to the #1 seed right? Those first and second round games in Birmingham would be wild with both Auburn and Bama playing there.

I have tickets to all the games in Birmingham and if that happens it would be awesome. This whole season I have been so pissed the regions couldn’t have been last year cause Auburn definitely would have been the 1 or 2 in Birmingham last year

Ferguson reporting Cardwell is dressed and participating in warm ups.

Any chance tonight? Will the boys be pissed from them beating us at home? Can we hit a 3? I say less than 20% chance at a win

Seems about right. I’d be surprised if we win. Although, A&M has cooled off a little in their last couple of games

It’s amazing how many times we’ve been wide open after the press break and barely even scared the rim
