You are aware that they have not lost a game, and have beaten three SEC teams already?

I think they're playing with a lot of heart, but I'm just wondering when will the tank run out. I'm expecting them to lose big in the coming weeks and not recover for the rest of the season.

FWIW, they are winning because they have gained 15 turnovers this season, tied for 3rd in the country.

For their sakes, I hope they can at least win 1 or 2 more games to get to a bowl game this year.

You realize if LSU beats UF then Vandy has a 2 game lead over UF if they beat Miss St. I think Vandy will win 1 of 2 agains UF and UGA. That could clinch them the East title.

yes if lsu beats uf, they have a 2 game lead on florida. theyd also only have a one game lead on uga. and then uga and florida beat vandy and it's over.

They will beat Georgia but lose to UF. Riding high with an SEC east title in their grasp, they will lose to a pathetic Tennessee team on its last legs gasping to drag someone down with them. Their hearts will be broken and UF will go on to the SEC Championship game as Vanderbilt loses the Peach Bowl to Clemson, 35-3.

A round of extensions is handed out to the coaching staffs of Tennessee and Clemson for this monumental win.

I believe it will be an LSU vs. Vandy matchup for the SEC champ. Ofcourse that also depends on if LSU wins this weekend.

UGA will have atleast 2-3 loses this season, if LSU beats UF they will have 2. Which Gives Vandy a great shot to get into the SEC champ game even if they lose 1 of those 2 games.

It's possible for Vandy to win the East and to toss the possibility aside at this point is stupid.

If UGA loses another SEC game or two (which is likely with UT (having a down year but still a rivalry), UF, LSU, and Auburn remaining) and Florida loses another one (LSU, UGA, Vandy), Vandy is pretty much in.

If UGA and Florida both lose two more (still possible), Vandy can lose to both those teams and still go to Atlanta as long as they win the rest of their SEC games. This of course is the ideal outlook for optimal and maximum hilarity on UGA and UF message boards.

I think that Vandy has a really good shot at beating Miss St., Kentucky, and Tennessee. They could upset Florida or UGA, but I seriously doubt it.

Florida has a very good chance of losing to LSU and UGA.

UGA has a very good chance of losing to LSU and Auburn. Both are away games.

A very probable situation then leaves the SEC records:

Vandy 6-2
Georgia 5-3
Florida 5-3
Vandy is then in the SECCG.

In this senario LSU beats UGA and Florida. If they can do that they should be able to beat Alabama at home and finish off their schedule since they aren't playing any teams with Heisman caliber players after that.

Today's game with Miss State tells me what Vandy is made off. If they beat the Dawgs, they will win 8-9 games this year.......

I think that Florida and Georgia both lose at least two, so if Vandy can beat one of those teams they have a pretty good shot at it. Even if they do win the east, Georgia will say they didn't deserve it and that their team should have been in the SEC championship. I.E. Tennessee last year
