I was planning on goind home and watching the damn game and TODAY you decided to post shite on the main page about World Cup?! Every other US game there was nothing posted on the main page. I spent much of today avoiding the World Cup Board so I could read other parts of TD and still enjoy the match tonight. Thanks for effing that up. :banghead: :banghead:

On ESPN the announcers made a few mentions during the OU/USC game about how many LSU fans were there despite the team not being there. They seemed impressed by our fanbase. :cheers:

I am not very well versed in soccer. If a red card is given early in the match does the team play man down the whole game? Or until the half? How does that work exactly?

This provides a slight consolation as long as we make it out of group play. At least he won't be around to keep ruining the tournament. The rest of the officiating has been pretty good...
