If that is true he most likely shows up right before the deadline. I hope so anyway.

regardless, you gotta think he won't take a snap as a Gator this fall. he'll either not enroll and go somewhere else or participate in spring with plans to enter the portal in May and go somewhere else.

You think he might actually show up for spring practice even if this deal isn't worked out? That would be pretty crazy.

him participating in the spring is based on whether he enrolls by friday or not.

him enrolling would be good for him either way due to the conditioning and reps he'd get vs being without for a whole semester. i doubt he could be released of his LOI re-sign/enroll with someone else between today and friday. it might be possible for him. i don't really know.

I could see something like this having a snowball effect. You don't lose a 5 star qb after having some type of NIL issue and it end up being a good thing

Why ppl bring up the least likely QB to start! You know we have 2 former highly rated 4 star transfer QBs on the roster, right?

I have no faith in Miller at all after watching him in limited playing time in the spring game and the bowl game. Mertz I am hoping can do better in a new system but I see no way Napier survives past the 2024 season if Rashada isn't on our roster. It probably would take Brown pulling a Trask in 24 for him to survive. I would fully expect some of our good class of WRs to bolt after 2023 if they think the offense doesn't have much hope going into 2024.

Napier is as good as gone after 2024. This will affect 2024 recruiting especially on offense not having the QB to sell to recruits after another 6-6 or 7-5 season. I still wonder if Ruiz is behind this.

I doubt it's that even though I don't trust that guy. I think some small agency place is representing Rashada. I hope we grab that LSU kid tomorrow if he bolts and that is why he just declared.

Ruiz

This clown is involved with this somehow. It's probably why he made the comments about our NIL after signing day.

I really don't care what happens you want to be a big boy and be an adult and earn money that is fine I have 0 problems with that but with that come responsibility.

You put ink to paper now you need to honor that if I was Napier I would not release him he signed his name on the dotted line now he needs to learn what it is like to forfill a contract of obligation. We give these guys everything then they want more.

If he sits out for a year then he sits out and makes nothing. So it's time for a coach to step up and say hey you choose to sign your contract no one forced you to do it now you honor it or you sit out and make nada!!!!

He would probably just claim UF made some bad remarks to him to the NCAA hold a press conference with a lawyer and the NCAA would void it. It seems to be that easy now anyway.

If he wants to leave let him leave, no reason keeping a cancer around the locker room.

He and his dad claim they havent asked for his release tho
