Employee Duty to Cooperate Policy
Making up rules so they can fire Harsin “for cause” for being on vacation. He’s about to sue the shite out of these fools. A grand slam wrongful termination suit for any lawyer.

Omg would you shut up.
No one has any clue what is going on.
We have about 100 threads all saying they same things over and over and over again.

Man, did my old boss end up at Auburn?? That’s some of the shady stuff that she would pull. Devious as heck.
Posted on 2/9/22 at 5:33 pm to DyeHardDylan
Where did that come from?
Posted on 2/9/22 at 5:34 pm to HailToTheChiz
We’ve been talking about it in the main thread. It’s on the Auburn website
Posted on 2/9/22 at 5:35 pm to TheJones
Yeah it’s a pretty cluttered thread.
Posted on 2/9/22 at 5:36 pm to TheJones
My bad. I'm jumping around what seems like 5 different threads

This feels like satire at this point

Your really stretching it w using the vacation.
No one is going to get fired over that especially when it started AFTER he left on vac.
You guys are great conspiracy theorists.

I’d be shocked if that document was 100% new today. That had to be there in some form for a while. maybe updated recently but I’d be shocked it if was new.
Either way, if any coach are not willing to talk with the people investigating things, unless they have legal exposure should be considered for termination.

It could be they clarified the line only that says the employee can be terminated if not cooperating.
They may have added teeth to an existing policy.

In other words ...made up a new rule in an effort to cover their butts while using made up claims they cannot prove, because a few Booster's decided they didn't like Harsin since he wouldn't play ball with them.
In some ways this could go back to Nix deciding to transfer and Dad had the right set of ears listening to Bo reasons for moving to Oregon. I can see the meeting now after the attorneys drain the blood from the victims.
OK Booster's be good little boys and open up your checkbooks, no one leaves until your portion of the pie is met.
Meanwhile, Auburn starts looking at youth football coaches to wander into this cesspool. What NCAA Coach in their right mind, would be willing to come and talk with this den of vipers?

What part is wrong? It’s been widely reported. Seriously, you say a lot without saying anything at all. You seem to be a very vapid person, but it’s kind of fun to provoke you.

This is a huge nothing burger. Auburn could terminate any employee for not cooperating with an investigation at any time...today, yesterday, last year, etc...if they cleaned up the wording it is probably because council suggested it. The power to make that decision always is with the institution.

Or maybe allegations have been made about Coach Harsin, and the University needs to hear his side to complete a fair investigation (maybe terminating him, maybe not). He has a reputation for being stubborn and uncooperative, but if he tries that here, he can be terminated for cause.
We simply don't know the facts. Assuming that that this has been a witch-hunt all along (maybe, or maybe not) isn't really any better than assuming that Harsin has done something egregious (again, maybe, maybe not).
Regardless of the outcome, the aftermath will be "interesting." How does this ever move out of the public consciousness without some explanation of what this was all about.

What if the policy has nothing to do with Harsin and maybe has to do with other coaches/staff/AD?
I don’t know why everyone thinks they know what the hell is going on because obviously no one does.
