Long but great scouting report on Jabari as #1 (ESPN)

So the plan is simple. Jabari and AU wreck the SEC and NCAA this year, Jabari goes #1, Kessler returns, CBP and AU wreck the SEC and NCAA next year to repeat, Kessler goes #1 in the draft.

CBP and AU Hoops wrecks college sports forever. M. E. L. T.

Damn right he does. He is an all generational talent. I know he’s different than him, but he has always reminded me of Kareem. With his long bones and smooth dexterity. Sure they have different go to shots (due to era), but their glide is so similar. GOAT shite

It is 1:00 am here and I am starting to get ramped up. No nap, been up since 8 and will last as long as I can. Always, last as long as I can.

I may be (am) tipsy, but gut feeling at the moment says this is going to be a fricking fun as hell game to watch if the refs will let them play a bit, but AU will close this out in style and will be ranked #1 next week.

I am the anti-pio, jinxes and shite don't happen with me. It is prophesy. I have seen't it.

Watch. Enjoy. Remember. Prophesy that next year CBP and AU fricking WRECK COLLEGE SPORTS forever.

That's the thing. We do NOT have to have him step up every night. I have too much time on my hands and I have studied AU Hoops this year. EVERY game is a story. AU always has a hero or a great team effort. It is ALWAYS different, every game.

Imma bump tha frick out of this thread.

When Kentucky cut the lead to 4 late in the game, but then Jabari nailed that long and well defended mid-range shot from top of the key I about creamed my pants. College kids ain’t supposed to be able to do that.

His nickname should be silk because his mid-range jump shot is as smooth as I've ever seen.

It's beautiful. He reminds me of Reggie Miller for some reason.

His lack of explosiveness and ability to drive and finish was highlighted last night when his jumper wasn’t falling. I really hope he works on his drive and finish game the second half of the season. It will never be his strong suit, but adding that dimension will fill out his game (and also get him to the free throw line more).

I honestly think he was rattled by shooting so poorly. He tried some different kind of shots in the inside that he has made before but everything looked ugly. He’s a tough kid and will be fine. He’s been in a bit of a shooting slump the last 3-4 games but he will come out of it.
